Final drawing to be held on October 12, 2008. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.
All entries become property of Cycle News Inc., RIVA Racing and Yamaha Motor Corporation.
Winner's name will be available after the drawing upon request. Contests void where prohibited.

Tax, registration, transportation and shipping (F.O.B.) Pompano Beach, FL) are the responsibility of the winner.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to accept responsibility for city and state licensing and registration requirements.
Prize is non-transferable, and no substitute prize given nor cash equivalent paid.
If minor wins the prize, it will be registered in the name of the parent or legal guardian.
In accepting the prize, the winner grants Cycle News Inc., RIVA Racing and Yamaha Motor Corporation permission to promote and publicize his or her photograph and the prize won without compensation to the winner to the extent permitted by law.
All employees of Cycle News Inc, RIVA Racing, Yamaha Motor Corporation and their dealers/agencies and their families are not eligible.
The Prize awarded may vary in model and color from that depicted in advertising and promotional materials.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $14,300. The winner must personally retrieve the prize vehicle within 30 days of written notification of delivery, must present adequate personal identification, evidence of legally required insurance and must execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability / publicity release or an alternative winner shall be selected at random and the original winner's rights to the prize shall be automatically forfeited.
Prize shall only be delivered in the continental United States.
RIVA Racing and Yamaha Motor Corporation shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the Vehicle, and delivery is subject to availability.
All reasonable efforts will be made to deliver the Vehicle within ninety (90) days after the receipt of the aforementioned items/information.
The winner shall bear all risk or damage to the Vehicle after it has been delivered to the specified delivery site.
The prize Vehicle will be delivered solely with the express limited warranties set forth in the Vehicle's applicable Owner's Guide.
