2009 Long Beach-to-Catalina-and-Back (LB2CAT) Preliminary Results

July 13, 2009 - This last Sunday, the city of Long Beach was host to quite an unforgettable LB2CAT. Racers from across the country converged on Queensway Bay to compete in one of the sport's most prestigious and anticipated annual offshore racing events. Amid an intimidating financial season (to say the least), forty devoted PWC racers and their crews showed up to pit themselves and their machines against 50-plus miles of open ocean and relentless competition from the sport’s finest athletes.

While these race results aren’t yet "official," they are the most up-to-date numbers available at this time, and reflect overall placement by completion time. These are the same figures used to determine winners at Sunday's awards ceremony.
